With that in hand, you’re free to roam the shorelines off-leash between 5:00 am and 10:00 am May 1 through September 30. Dogs aren’t allowed on the beaches from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm but can be on-leash on the beach from 6:00 pm until 5:00 am. Winter hours are enforced between October 1 and April 30. During this time dogs can be off-leash from 5:00 am until noon on the beaches. On-leash hours run from noon until 5:00 am.
