Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. For those requiring additional parking, requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature two oceanfront pools, two elevators, private covered parking, and breathtaking ocean views. The pools are open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators, and may close these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as necessary.

Construction Notice:
From October 2024 through spring 2025, the HOA of Charleston Oceanfront Villas will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. Construction will proceed stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier. Expect scaffolding and intermittent construction noise during this time. Construction schedules are weather-dependent, and efforts will be made to minimize disruptions.
