Upcoming Construction Notice:
Please be aware that from October 2024 through Summer 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier and units ending in -01. This project has been experiencing multiple delays, causing most of the building to be under construction at once. Work is expected 7am-6pm on weekdays, with limited parking, views, and accessibility. Half of the parking lot is inaccessible at any time, with workers, trucks and equipment being stored around property. While we are provided details, we are not in charge of the project and do our best to keep up with any new updates. Please inquire for the latest delay information and work location.

The spacious living and dining area boasts breathtaking ocean views, comfortable seating, and access to the private sun deck. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a relaxing ambiance perfect for lounging or dining with a view.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy preparing meals while gazing out at the Atlantic Ocean and savor the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with ocean views, direct access to the sun deck, and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

Bedroom #4: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

Bathrooms:
All bathrooms are updated with modern amenities and fresh towels. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms share two additional bathrooms.

Two Oceanfront Pools: Enjoy access to two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).

Convenient Elevators: Two elevators on-site provide easy access to the villa and pool areas.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Additional parking passes may be purchased from the HOA for $50–$100, depending on the season. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
