Welcome 14 Lagoon Villas, a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Enjoy the private scenic community pool view from this open, airy and fresh vacation home. This home just received an amazing update in decor, with more plans in the near future!
Features:
Living Area:
The open living, dining and kitchen area overlooks the lushly landscaped pool. The vaulted ceiling gives you a light filled spacious ambiance. All new living and dining room furniture has been installed.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy socializing during meal preparations with your guests seated at the bar stools or the dining table overlooking the pool.
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area.
Primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath and access to one of the private balconies.
The second bedroom has two full size beds, ensuite bath and access to the other private balcony.
Bathrooms:
The primary bath features a shower and new tile.
The second bath has a bath/shower combination.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the beautifully landscaped pool from two spacious balconies. There is also a front porch with ample space for your beach gear.
Amenities:
Cool off in the community pool after a day of golfing, exploring downtown Charleston, or hanging out on the beach. The Wild Dunes resort has many scenic walking and biking trails that can be enjoyed by guests of all ages. The beach is a short walk from this home and there are plenty of restaurants on Isle of Palms for your dining pleasure.
