White Sands at 3203 Palm Blvd is a beautiful newly renovated four bedroom and four and half bathroom home which comfortably sleeps 10. This exquisite home has been professionally designed with high end finishes such as French Oak and herringbone brick flooring, gorgeous countertops, chef's kitchen. This home also boasts luxury amenities such as a private pool and hot tub, inviting outdoor living space with 2 TV’s, an outdoor fireplace and the large, open kitchen; don’t forget to use the outdoor shower equipped with a custom surfboard shower head. Upon entering the home you are greeted with Charleston herringbone brick floors and classically southern shiplap walls and ceilings throughout. The feng shui continues through the home, and everything is conveniently located on the main level except for the bunk bedroom and bath which are located on the second floor. Beach access is directly across the street.

The house comes with a private concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge will be your primary point of contact during your stay and will provide a personalized experience, meeting you at the home for check in and checkout and ensuring that all your needs are met. Your concierge can assist with booking reservations, personal chefs, arranging grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation on the Isle of Palms.

NOW Pet friendly! Well behaved pups are allowed upon approval from the homeowners. A $500 non refundable pet fee will be charged for the first pet, +$300/stay for an additional pet upon approval. Please inquire for more information.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is a smart home device that measures decibel levels and ensures privacy compliance, as it does not listen or record any audio.In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down.  This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner

The house was very inviting when we walked in - easy listening music playing throughout the house, lights on, very clean and no strong cleaning smell. The decks were very relaxing overlooking the swimming pool and the beautifully landscaped, fenced in backyard. Also, the covered patio area by the pool was very peaceful including music on the TV. The primary bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was direct access to the deck. It was great that Charleston Coast Vacations had the air conditioning checked prior to our arrived and the pool was maintained. The beach access was directly across the road which was very convenient. Dunes Properties was very responsive to any questions we had and were very nice when we talked to them on the phone AND there was even a key lime pie in the refrigerator when we arrived. We are planning on renting White Sands in the future. This was the second time we rented through Charleston Coast Vacations -- they are our first choice in renting from. Our dog did not want to go home which has never happened on any of our travels.

This is a fantastic house for our family. We wanted 3 bedrooms for adults and a bunk room for kids. Everyone had their own space for sleeping with their own bathroom. The house is in amazing condition with high end touches everywhere. The beach access is right across from the driveway. The pool gets a little bit of afternoon shade if you want to escape the sun late in the day. And the televisions in this house are so big that now I feel I need to upgrade my own at home. My family loves it here and are already talking about renting it again next year.

Beautiful home in an ideal location!

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter's birthday. She invited a group of friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house boasts a relaxing decor, functional layout and beach access is right across the street. I'd definitely stay at this property again!
