This beachside retreat underwent extensive renovations during the winter of 2024 that includes new flooring and paint throughout, a brand new kitchen with high end appliances, updated baths and fresh new decor with a cool coastal vibe. Be the first to stay at this ideal getaway for families, couples, or anyone seeking a relaxing beachside escape.

Living Area:
Relax in the comfortable living room, while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV or gather with friends and family in the dining area. The living area leads out to a generous private balcony which is comfortably furnished and perfect for soaking in the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Kitchen:
The brand new kitchen features GE Cafe appliances including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The stylish design and ideal layout makes it the perfect place to prepare meals or entertain guests while enjoying the ocean view. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Enjoy the ocean view from the king-size bed or step out to your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The updated en-suite bathroom includes a tiled walk in shower.

Secondary Bedroom: The charming secondary bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The updated hall bath includes a walk-in shower is just steps away.

Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms have been updated with contemporary features. The primary en-suite bathroom and the guest bathroom each include walk-in showers and modern touches. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Space:
Step onto the spacious private balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning views. The condo is ideally located close to the community pool and beach access, making it easy to enjoy both. The Seascape Villas building and community underwent a complete renovation during 2024 and is ready for visitors.
